Builexpo is organised by The Strategic Co. This notice explains what information this website collects and how it is used.

When you register your interest or a visit, we collect your name, email, mobile number, and the optional details you choose to share: area, property type, project stage and timing, interested sectors, your role, and project notes. When you submit an exhibitor, sponsorship, or contact inquiry, we collect the contact and company details in that form. Newsletter subscriptions store your email, the page you subscribed from, and the time you gave consent.

We use registration details to organise the event and to send you information about Builexpo, dates, admission, and your registration. Your interested sectors help us plan the event and, once exhibitors are confirmed, show you relevant suppliers. Inquiry details are used to reply to you and discuss your request.

We only send marketing and partner news if you tick the separate marketing box or subscribe to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or on the unsubscribe page.

We record the page you submitted from, the referring website, and campaign tags in the link you used, to understand which channels bring visitors. If an analytics tool is enabled, it receives page and button events only; it never receives the contents of your forms, your email, phone number, or notes.

Your submissions are stored securely and are only accessible to authorised members of the organising team. We do not publish your details and we do not sell them. An exhibitor inquiry never creates a public exhibitor listing automatically.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting the organising team through the contact page.
